Used this device to convert from 110V to 220V single phase, then used a VFD to go from single phase to 3 phase. Worked amazingly well to run motors 5hp and under. This device was easily mountable to a custom frame and easy to take apart for cleaning.

I purchased in August 2022. It sort of worked when I first bought it... I was plugging in a Coffee machine purchased in the UK that requires 240V and 1050W. This transformer claims to provide 2000W. But it usually trips when making a cup of coffee and I have to hit the Circuit Breaker button on the back. I can usually get a cup of coffee if I am patient. Even though it has outlets for two EU or UK appliances there is no way that I can have both my UK toaster and UK coffee machine sucking power at the same time. More serious for the past week it trips almost immediately and not even getting my morning cup of coffee anymore which leaves me in a bad mood!

Su durabilidad es muy baja. Solo se usaba para una cafetera y su uso era cada semana dos o tres dias.

I would like to thank you to manufacturer for their great customer service. Unfortunately for some reason the transformer stopped working after little over a month and I contacted the manufacturer after 5 months with no hope and was not expecting anything. I went to mfr website and contacted them, wow what a great customer service, their response was very immediate and not only understood the issue but also they replaced with even better product. I strongly recommend this product for their customer service, I hope the new product works fine. But one thing for sure you don't have to worry about in case if you experience any issues.

I purchased this converter specifically to use with my 1500W hotpot. At first, it seemed to work as expected—the hotpot heated up almost instantly, which was promising. However, within a few minutes, I started noticing a strong burned plastic smell, which was concerning. I continued using it cautiously, but after approximately 20 minutes of operation, the converter suddenly tripped and shut off.I let it cool down and attempted to use it again, but the same issue occurred. Given that the product is advertised for high-wattage appliances, I was disappointed that it couldn't handle sustained use. Additionally, the burnt smell raised safety concerns about the build quality. If you're considering this for high-power devices, I’d recommend looking for a more reliable and durable option. This one didn’t meet my expectations in terms of performance or safety.

This is exactly what I needed to power my European coffee maker from Germany. I did a lot of research before ordering this to make sure I got it right. It’s not that big so I can keep it on the counter all the time. It works perfectly, and it’s a superb value for the cost. It’s completely silent, which is a huge plus. I’m so happy with it!! Would definitely buy again!!

I use this converter in USA to plug my 220v Nespresso Coffee Maker and it works great. It is silent and the international sockets let me plug my machine without adapters. I needed a 3000w to fit my machine requirements which is big box but all converters of that capacity are. I contacted customer service for support on an issue and they answered promptly and solved my problem. Absolutely recommend them.Be sure you check how many watt you need for your device and check with the seller if you are in doubt cause many devices require much more than their labeled watts at start up. My coffee machine is labeled 1300W and a 2000W converter was not enough for start up but works great with 3000w . Get a more powerful one if you are in doubt.
