I'm very appreciative of having less plastic on the bags, and replacing them constantly,kudos to the designers for changing this. The price is quite good but it did not include the scoop holder nor a scoop. I'm not sure if this was because of the Amazon price deal or if that was an omission in packing so be aware you may not get those included. I do wish the scoop and holder had been included.It looks nice, I haven't had a chance to use it just yet as I'm using up my old litter locker and bags The last one was great, a lifesaver for an apartment dweller, unfortunately it's finally breaking after many years, of use. I'll update if I find any problems with the new one.Edited to add: Customer service is excellent, the issue of the missing scoop & holder was resolved within a day of contacting, I got them within three days. Thank you Litter Genie.Edited to add: I got the missing scoop and holder two business days after i contacted CS. Wonderfully responsive company!

I had the older version of this and really didn't like fussing with setting up the bag. I love that the bags easily rip off and easy to hook up! It's like taking out the garbage and having the next bag set up for you! The Cadillac of litter genies!

Arrived quick today. Easy set up, works how it should no issues. I told my boyfriend my cat needed it but in reality. It was something I wanted for cat litter since I have been using compost bags & compost container I wanted a upgrade so i didnt have to smell it everytime i opened the old container i was using will come back for a other review once i break it in. Over all i like it so far!😄

I thought this would be sufficient for 2 kittens but it fills up so fast that it’s going to be waaaaay too small once they are full grown. If you have more than 1 cat, get the bigger version. The scoop is pretty useless as the slots are too wide to retain the smaller clumps. Refill bags are really expensive as well. I was misled to believe that this would seal the bag after every deposit but it doesn’t do that at all. Odor control is no better than a lidded trash can.
