This works very well for my intended purpose, which was to keep the bugs out of the cockpit while my kayak hangs in the garage for the winter. Easy to install and creates a tight seal. A very reasonable price for a cockpit cover that works.

Product does not fit as it says. I have a 25x47 cockpit and there is no way these go on, even in the largest size. I can’t even get it to stay in place to start getting around the edges of the cockpit. I was bouncing back and forth to stop the elastic grab from slipping back so many times I probably burned enough calories for a 5K. These were initially as a gift and the return window has passed. What a waste of money.

I bought this cover to keep the spiders out while the kayak is stored and to keep the inside clean. I put it on a Pelican Mustang sit inside kayak. The extra large is almost too large, but I pull the cord tight and it fits well. It is not made for traveling or transporting the kayak, it is made for storage of the kayak.

Heads up for anyone with a Old Town angler/vapor kayak... THIS WILL NOT FIT! I checked the measurements of the opening of my kayaks twice and then found them online. The measurements given for item cannot be correct. Its approximately 4-5" to short. I'll be returning this.

Doesn't work so well.The draw string makes it hard to get a good fit. Keeps sliding off.
