These don't extend very far from their mounting position, so you may have to negotiate how your radar locks in (and stays perpendicular to the ground), but once you do, it's rock solid. It makes me feel way more secure about not losing my Varia and it's way easier moving the radar between bikes.

This is so much better than the crappy Garmin issued mount. Stays in place, easy to install.I have it mounted on 4 bikes already. makes it super easy to switch the Varia between bikes

My own fault. Did not look at this spec clearly and bought the wrong product. The 715 has a completely different locking mount as compared to all other Garmin devices

I have three of these units now and they do exactly what you want, and honestly what Garmin should have provided in the Varia box. It attaches nicely to the rails of the saddle (be sure to tighten evenly and not overly), and the common GoPro mount approach allows for longer arms to be added if you need to get past a saddle bag. The unit is light but durable and my Varia has never popped off when hitting a hard bump on the bike.

If you use the garmin rear light/ radar, this works perfect and eliminates the radar from twisting on the seat post…highly recommend!

Stabil och enkel, går ju inte bli bättre. En nödvändighet när ens radar pekar snett nedåt på stolpen. Jag satte dit anti-glidkuddar vid fästpunkterna för railsen, ifall att. Sitter som sagt bra och kvarts-vriden är som original. 5/5

This mount worked well for attaching my Garmin Varia tail light to a tubus bike rack. From the rack, the radar activated light is ideally positioned to detect approaching trafiic. Very sturdy mount - highly recommend!

Aluminium houder welke vastgezet kan worden met inbus bouten. Het draaigedeelte waar de kunststof houder aan vast gezet wordt is prima.De houder zelf kan 90 graden gedraaid worden door 2 kleine boutjes los te draaien. Deze zijn trouwens niet voorzien van voegmiddel.
