Was impossible hook up; as usual, there is zero support, except by chat which is totally useless. OF course, when they get tired of chatting, they just hang up. And you are left with a still-not-hooked up camera. Then, of course, before I ever used it, the camera quit. Plugged it into 3 other outlets. Nothin. Crap. Utter. Crap.I am so sick and tired of being ripped off by garbage.And, they want me to put it into a separate container/package when it was lumped into one package to SEND IT TO ME. So I'm expected to BUY another package to put it in to. Are you kidding me? If you want it sent back in separate packages, send it OUT in separate packages. The mount (which is sold separately for $17) was put into the SAME PACK AGE as the camera (which was $80) . .. so you're getting them back the same way they were sent.

This camera makes it a total of 7 so far that I own .easy to connect , takes nice video and pictures , good distance for the WiFi it has alarms to let you know something is amiss good bang for your buck

The mount itself works great. The drywall anchors that come with it are useless. If you plan on using drywall anchors, make sure you have your own or get some good ones. The included ones do nothing to anchor into the drywall, they pull right out. I have mine mounted on the ceiling so I can see the whole room with my Wyze Pan Cam V3.

Very good amount and easy to install... Comes with screws.. adjustable to the angle you want it to be.. can be mounted upside down
