Love this thing. Living in Arizona you can imagine sitting on that hot black seat w/o some kind of cover, we are talking third degree buns! This works to end that plus has handy pockets for gloves, cell phone, tools and whatnot . I had to modify it slightly to get the proper fit and if it burns up il buy another one at this price!

This seat cover is advertised as having a "universal fit" for John Deere, Craftsman and other brands of riding lawn mowers. The cover slipped neatly over the seat of the worn and cracked seat of my old John Deere mower. But, as you can see in my photo, the upright part of the cover is slightly longer than the back of my mower seat.My seat back is about a foot tall and the cover is supposed to fit backrests between 12.5" and 14". The result is the cover is a bit slippery. It can slide back and forth (and up and down) more easily than I would like. I plan to use some external straps to give it more stability.But otherwise, I'm happy to have a new cover on my mower seat. The original seat has lost any of the cushion it once had and the seat cover helps make the seat a bit more stable and comfortable. I also like the side pockets that provide a stable spot for drink cans and yard tools.

Got this hoping it would fit my New Holland Workmaster 35 because there is no place to store your phone, water, gloves, pins, etc. This fits the seat perfectly. It's made well, the stitching feels good, and there are pockets everywhere. Not only that, at least it's not black. That seat gets hot in the sun so this will help. Time will tell how UV resistant it is but I hope it lasts. This cover is a much needed addition to this tractor.
