I bought these to go on the outside of my trailer to avoid anything going rodents going inside. This was the easiest thing to attach, just one little hook attaching to the trailer and the net covers it. I put these in a couple spots and have had no problems. They do not fall off when traveling. Since they are metal I don't have to worry about the furnace being to close to them or catching them on fire. They were cheap to save a lot of potential damage. I have recommended them to lots of people and would buy them again.

These are pretty slick. I was impressed with the quality; the screen material is solid and substantial, made of nice stainless. They fit perfectly over the RV furnace openings and were not too hard to install - just a bit tricky. I found that the slot in the installation tool was too narrow, so I tried to pry it open with a screwdriver. This was a mistake, as one prong snapped off completely! I was able to file a notch in the remaining end to make it work, however. I know now that the notch doesn't have to be wide enough for the spring to slip into it, just catch and hold it while you push it in. I likely won't keep these in place while using the furnace, as I can see the least little blockage as creating a problem with combustion, but I will leave them there when my rig is idle to keep mud wasps and other vermin from getting in there. All-in-all this is a nice little kit and I would highly recommend it for any RV with this type of furnace.Update: After having these for a year, my suspicions have been realized: I would not recommend leaving these in place when you plan to use the furnace. Apparently there are VERY sensitive air-flow sensors in the furnace and the small added resistance from these screens causes the unit to cycle constantly. Furnace would just get going, then cycle off again. I removed the screens and all was fine. SO, these are great for the off season to keep various vermin out, but I would not recommend using the furnace with these in place!

We were getting finches nesting in our furnace vent. These screen covers are easy to install, are secure and prevent birds, bees, wasps and hornets from making a nest. Wish I would have found this earlier.

On verra à l’usage. Pour l’instant ça fait la job. On verra à long terme si c’est toujours bon

The screens themselves were of decent quality, but the spring mechanism just doesn’t work. First off the tool didn’t fit the springs so was tough to install, and once I did, the connection was so weak and feeble it wouldn’t have stayed on the RV while rolling. Forget about keeping mice out, it wouldn’t have kept anything out.
