They sound great. That is what they are designed to do and they do that exceptionally well. They seem to accurately reproduce the source material.They can be QUITE LOUD WITHOUT ANY DISTORTION OR DAMAGE TO THE SPEAKERS!!!!!For full range (Big Bass) theater sound you must also use a subwoofer.I bought the Klipsch SW-450 10-Inch 450 watt Subwoofer from Amazon. When the movie explosions occur, it rattles the back of my recliner so violently, it makes butterflies in my tummy. Not hyperbole. It really does. I worry that the neighbors near me can hear it in THEIR homes as well. I dare not ask for fear of embarrassment.All of this is attached to my Onkyo TX-NR838 7.2-Ch Network A/V Receiver. IT can Throw down some amazing tunes!These speakers are very expensive compared to other items sold at Amazon but they are worth every penny of it in superior sound quality. They are small and are hardly noticeable around my 65" Samsung 3D 4K TV. They make the huge razor sharp picture come to life when the Tiger roars in Life of PI and the bombs explode all around me in every Sci-Fi adventure film. The warble of the warp drives in Star Trek and the bellowing of the TARDIS as she rocks to life are intense. It is a TRUE THEATER EXPERIANCE in my home. At last count I have over 100 3D titles.The clarity of the a capella voices of my favorite artists; rich and full bodied. As if they were standing in the room with me. Acoustic guitars that screech a bit as talented fingers shift quickly between frets in a fast tempo Samba; the throaty growl of a Saxaphone and the piano tikling softly but clearly in the background in my favorite tune "The Girl from Impanema" Stan Getz and João Gilberto. Indulge yourself a little. Buy the speakers.

Fantastic speaker set. I was a bit concerned after seeing some of the reviews of folks getting older generation speakers for what was advertised. When purchasing I actually cancelled an order when I saw one of the sellers was listed as someone that sent the wrong model. I believe this company was called Prosperity. At that time, I made sure to select a different reseller from the right side of the screen and chose another based on their feedback. I emailed MrAudioVideo, and they promptly responded that they would be sending the latest generation. Very awesome people to work with. Very easy install for me, and even was able to use my existing ceiling mounts which held my smaller, and lighter, Sony's from 14 years ago. I configured and paired this with a Yamaha 667 and once I ran through Yamahas YPAO configuration, I fired up a couple movies.Holy Hannah, what a difference these speakers made over my old Sony's. I put in Return of the King on Blueray and forwarded to a battle scene. For the first time I was able to pick up much lighter sounds. For instance, rain falling down was something I could always hear, but now I was hearing the "tink" of the rain hitting the armor of the armies before their major battle. Everything was crisp and fantastic. I am hearing actor audio more clear, and overall the sound experience I am enjoying has now doubled in satisfaction.Great speakers, very study, great build, and most of all, great seller because I was very happy they sent the right product and were very responsive. No Factory Warranty Klipsch will not fix a bad anchor in the back of the center channel speaker (So take the 5 year warranty it says in the box) and throw it out the window. I will never by a Klipsch product again.

So I just bought a new Denon x2300w and determined that either my polk audio satellite speakers were either blown or just couldn't handle the new receiver because they were crackling and sounded horrible and really sounded bad with 5.1 SS. I love to play my music and moves very loud, so if I blew them it wouldn't surprise me they are only satellite speakers.So I read Klipsch is highly regarded for high end speakers and when I have the $$ I will invest in a nice Klipsch floor standing and big SS speakers, but for now I read a lot of great reviews and happy people with these speakers not only from Amazon but from other sites too. I bought all new speaker wire and got everything setup with my new receiver and for satellite speakers let me tell you they really are powerful and clean and sound amazing. I'm highly impressed and would recommend these speakers to anyone looking for a high quality sound for a good price!! I thought my Polk Audio speakers were nice, these are 10X better than Polk Audio!!The speaker setup was extremely easy, I really liked how the wires come in through the bottom and are push button. Mounting is simple, can mount in various ways depending on your setup.Klipsch delivers big time with these speakers!!!

Be aware! These are not the newest klips h speakers and are not the ones in the picture. I ordered these 2x thinking i was shipped the wrong ones first time. Both times got old discontinued models. Goto best buy tgere $550 but youll get newest model! New model speakers are amazing. Old model has stands attached to speakers. New ones do not.
