Didn’t come when they said it would, came 2 weeks later.I did receive it, and am happy with the product, but why Are so many items being lost in transition and not others?

I liked this product for it's size but the shape of the bigger opening caused the rope to feed through kind of jumpy. I prefer a regular figure 8...
