Two negative things: instructions were not as clear as needed; the "pump" provided as extremely poor in quality. Overall, this product did a great job of protecting our TV on a 1400 mile drive and the fact that it is reusable is a wonderful addition. I definitely recommend this product if you can get over the fact that it probably cost $2 to make and sold for 10 times that amount. Still, this was much cheaper that competitive TV boxes and a great value overall.

Well, it did ultimately protect my TV during moving. It was difficult and awkward to inflate, and it took a long time. The instructions on how to inflate were vague.
