DO YOU HAVE TROUBLE LIFTING YOUR SOFT TOP? - You're not alone! While the soft top system provides a lot of versatility, we have found that the operation can be cumbersome. The OEM soft top frame is heavy & it's also not very stable, especially when operated from the side of the vehicle. Simple tasks like putting the top up and down or accessing the rear cargo area are difficult, especially 1-handed. Who wants to climb into the back of their truck just to put the top up and down?
THE SOLUTION - We have developed our system to solve these problems. By installing our system, your soft top will be transformed into an easy to use, convenient feature. Our system adds a pair of gas struts to assist you in lifting your top. The best part is that it serves two functions. It allows for easy access to the rear cargo area, without having to support the heavy top by hand and use the unwieldy prop rod. It also provides a much needed assist in closing the soft top while increasing the rigidity of the frame which prevents common scratches to your roll bar. The EZ-Lift System is compatible with the OEM Cargo Area Security Enclosure.

I have a 2021 Ford Bronco and raising the soft top was a two person job. This kit makes raising and lowering the roof way easier!

I am not sure why Ford didn't design this into their tops to begin with. The assist is soooo much easier to use than the factory prop rod and with this installed, you don't have to worry about bumping that piece of metal that was always in the way! No more hitting that while loading in a box and getting smacked by the top coming back down. I can't wait for the weather to clear up and see how easy it is to raise and lower the entire top. Would definitely recommend simply for the ease of access to the cargo area.

I followed the IAG installation video and the install was very easy and it took me about 25 minutes taking my time. When I was done I tested the release of the soft top. The top would only go up an inch or so and then I had to "assist" it the rest of the way. The struts held the top in place but they are not strong enough to prop it open. I call the support number and I talk to the tech and I explain what is going on and right away they knew the issue. The 2023 and 2023 have a heavier top because of a thicker fabric being used on the tops. They just started testing heavier duty struts on a newer Bronco and he said they working as expected. He confirmed my information and told me once they have the struts they will send them out to me. For me the customer service aspect is just as import as the product they make and this was a really good experience with IAG. When looking for upgrade to my Bronco this IAG will be my first place to look.UPDATE 3/20/24: As promised IAG sent out the new struts and they work like they should now. Like I said nothing beats great customer service and IAG has it.
