Do not buy, don’t waste your money! The buttons on this product don’t work to play the guitar on the Wii. Bring back the regular guitar hero/rock band guitar that actually works!

ok so I never played guitar hero back in the day but i kept hearing ppl talk abt it, so i caved & got the hyperkin hyper strummer for my wii. bro. this thing is SO FUN. setup was easy af—just slap a wii remote in & boom, instant rockstar mode. the buttons are super clicky, strum bar feels smooth, and star power tilt actually works (which is hype). I’ve been grinding through guitar hero & rock band (except the first one apparently lol) and i totally get why ppl were obsessed w this. If u wanna see what the hype is abt or just need a new guitar that isn’t crusty & used, this is def the move. 100% recommend.

Ill keep it brief. Yes, it feels cheap. The strummer feels a bit stiff. The buttons don't feel great. Putting the wii remote inside of feels like Im going to break something because the tolerance is so tight. This is NOT a value purchase, but rather one of excess and desire to to relive fun memories.Because MAN. This thing does work and it inspired SUCH A FUN NIGHT OF NOSTALGIA. Such a thrill, after literally one song I adjusted and was able to just jam out.Feel free to ask questions and Ill be happy to respond, I'm oddly passionate about this.Used with Dolphin Emulator with a real Wii remote.
