2012 Fiat 500 rear wheel bearings needed replacement, I purchased this tool to pop off the axle nut dust cover with little effort and no damage to the dust cover. Worked a treat!

Like other reviewers said clamp around dust cap and tap ends with a small hammer to “pop” the dust cap and a little wiggle and it’s off with out destroying it. I recommend this dust cap pliers.

These are nice dustcap pliers, reminds me of the ones I used in the garage I worked my way through school at.
