I have a AccusizeTools - 5C Horizontal/Vertical Collet Holder, #0225-0202 that I wanted to use a wrench to tighten. (not the little bar in the round threaded tightener) So I ordered two HHIP 3900-1615 5C Adjustable Collet Stop and used the nut to secure the threaded big nut that has the ridge so my wrench does not slide over it. For my application I did use a die to thread the entire rod. This rod only has threads on half of it So picture the big nuts at both ends in the same direction. I slide a 2.5 inch washer with a 1/2 inch cut out to slip it on. for the nut to pull on. This alows me to push the whole bar out so you can slide it out when changing the collet.. Love it!

Nice solid stop. Delivered quickly. Thread of adjustable rod is 7/16-20 not 3/8- 24 as noted. Have a spare piece of 3/8-24 all thread.

Not bad for the money. Threads a little gritty, hard to thread them past a certain point. Can be put together a couple different ways to get what you need. Would buy again. Some sort of sheet showing the various configurations would be nice.
