I really liked the discs, they were great and I use them in my planner. The hole punch broke after a month, it can only do a few sheets at a time, and if you’re looking to do thicker card stock or laminated pages, this won’t hold up to that. But it would be good for light occasional use. I was making a customized planner from scratch and honestly the 4-holes was a pain. Getting a full-sized punch was what I ended up getting and it was well worth the extra money.

Für meinen Zweck sehr gut. Es wäre aber schön, wenn man etwas mehr Blätter auf einmal lochen könnte. Bei dem Einlegen der Blätter „hakt“ es manchmal, daher nur 4 Sterne.

I've been shopping around for a mushroom punch for quite some time. I have a small, A5-ish sized disc bound journal that is difficult to find refill pages for. Namely, refill pages for just writing; be it ruled or dot grid. Since I got this punch, I started creating my own refill pages on demand.I never realized how fast I went through paper till now. I'm using paper from a journal I'm repurposing and plan to make a new set of dividers to accommodate the wider pages. As an added bonus, the set of discs (1-inch diameter) that came with the punch are nice and sturdy. They were used to replace the discs on my second disc bound journal. The instructions that came with it are simple, and easy to follow. Even if the hole count doesn't match, you'll get the desired results by following the instructions. For example, I have a 7-hole journal that uses A5 paper. I used the 6-hole instruction set and got the desired end results. It punches through paper and paper lined with tape well (I used tape to re-enforce thin paper). As a heads up, the markings aren't engraved on the device. So care is needed so you don't accidentally remove the tape (like I almost did) when making preparations to use the device. There is also a small magnet that is used as a paper guide. In addition to this, there is a block that is used to keep the device in a locked position. This is important especially if you're looking to store the device in a compact space; like a shallow drawer for example.

This punch is very well made! The gorgeous pink color is ideal for cutesy planning. Lol. It’s very sturdy and I find it of a similar quality to the name brand punch for The Happy Planner. The measurements are marked very clearly and there is a thick plastic slide out bar that adjusts to larger pieces of paper. Included was a mini gold magnet to help hold paper in place and a bonus set of 11 small pink discs. Great value! I highly recommend this punch!

The punch works well! I've used it both on paper and thin cardboard and it doesn't have much trouble at all. If it seems to start sticking or anything like this, I empty it and it's back to normal.

I love how this punch looks and works. It does take some patience when lining up the next set of punches if you’re using it on an 8.5 x11” sheet of paper.
