After testing out this pressure washer for a week, I'm skeptical that I received a unit with an upgraded motor as advertised. Hoping the seller will reach out to rectify this issue or I will have no option but to return. Did really enjoy the retractable hose reel but the lack of power is quite disappointing.Update: The seller made things right and sent me a replacement unit quite quickly! So far the new unit has been great and I have had no issues. Appreciate a company that stands behind there products!

This unit sets up easy, takes all the hassle out of grabbing the pressure washer for a quick clean up. Turn in the tap, turn on the washer and pull out the hose. Quick and painless!!The soap cannon is solid and will last a long time.Very happy with this purchase.Now I will wait to see how long it lasts.

Bought to replace my 2000psi electric washer. This one is rated for 2400psi yet feels less powerful than my old unit. We will see how it does.

one of the best power washers I've used for home use, 100ft self-real up hose is wonderful , it's pretty powerful enough for a great carwash ( has soap spray attachment) and great to clean the siding after it gets a bit rough , customer service has been great with a small issue I had over the winter ( during winter it is a must to make sure the line is clear of water and put in a above freezing location) I've bought 3 of these , one for the front of the house and one for the back , it is detachable but I'm lazy and just want 2 and bought one for my mom , very user friendly.

Snowing outside, so not very conducive to testing pressure washers. Much of this review will be about the installation - and a few things that aren't in the manual. (Please do read the instructions first of course.) Choose a mounting location within 6 feet of a 120 VAC outlet. This has a 6-foot cord with GFI and the recommendation is not to use an extension cord. The instructions also say to mount this 24 to 32 inches above the ground to "maximize the function of auto-retract". I assume the concern is to keep the weight of the hose felt by the machine at a minimum as the retract uses a clock spring type mechanism (that works quite well, I'll add). If there is a shelf or other obstruction above the chosen mounting location, the top of the mounting bracket should be no closer than 14" to the bottom of the shelf. This to allow the machine to be lifted onto the top of the mounting bracket to then slid down into position (assuming you don't want to remove said shelf for the install). Adequate clearance above is also needed to use the cleaning wand storage bracket at the right rear of the machine.Using this washer couldn't be easier. Pull out enough hose for the job. Turn on water supply. Turn power on and go! Power cycles on to build pressure in the hose, then shuts off until trigger is pressed, running only when trigger is on, the motor shuts off shortly after releasing the trigger so the pump doesn't "dead head". For shutdown, turn off power switch on unit and water supply. Next turn on spray gun to drop all pressure and drain as much water from hose as it practicable before using rewind hose function.Judging from the pressure and flow using the 45-degree nozzle (pictured), this will do a good job on vehicles - to include removing mud from 4 X 4's! Compared to most run-of-the-mill electric pressure washers, this is a heavyweight with a gross weight of 66 pounds. It's powered by a 1,800 watt brushless motor that draws about 14 amps and delivers a max pressure of 3300 PSI (at initial trigger pull) and a pressure of 2500 PSI with a rated flow at typical load of 1.1 GPM. This beats most of the electric portables for sure but won't replace a big gas-powered machine for heavy duty cleaning.For most average cleaning chores this will be my go-to choice. Yes, it's pricey, but the convenience, ease of use and time efficiency makes this worth it and a good deal. Did I mention it's convenient?!!.

Unit came with minor shipping damage to box only. Inside the pressure washer was fine. Mounted the unit to the wall with 1/2 of the bracket attached to a stud with two of the supplied lag screws and the other 1/2 using two toggle bolts to keep the mount bracket flush with the wall.At about 66# there is no problem with this setup.Hooked up to water and did a test run, the washer worked as designed.When the weather cooperates I cannot wait to try this out.

I am a diehard "Car Guy" and detail my cars frequently.This is the perfect solution, it easy to use, easy to set up and cuts detail time in half. I live in South Florida so I have to pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk at least four times a year as well. The 100-ft hose comes in handy and it is a pleasure to use and retracts quickly. Prep time is zero and clean up time is only a few minutes to retract and stow. I purchased a soap cannon control switch that allows me to switch between foam and rinse water with the flip of switch. The price could be a little bit better on the unit but you can't put a price on convenience and ease of use. Pressure and flow is on par with electric similar pressure washers but will never compete with gas versions. It works really well and only time will tell the tale with regard to longevity and reliability. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend the unit to those who are committed to a clean car as well as ease with regard to home maintenance chores.
