simple to install and has two means of doing so. Certainly makes using the screen easier on the eyes.

I have a tv outside under a gazebo on my deck and the glare was bad during daytime. I added this screen protector and the reflections are gone! I had to cut the screen a little bit with an exacto knife and ruler to fit the tv screen exactly. I used the sticky tabs included to stick the screen protector to the tv screen. On really hot days the sticky tabs let loose a bit and have to be pressed back but overall it works well for my purpose.

I work with spreadsheets and most times use my fingers to trace numbers and verify the figures in one sheet to another. I needed a screen protector so that my monitor wouldn't have fingerprint smudges. Enter this screen protector. It doesn't have any adhesive at all. All the prep I did because I thought it would be like placing a screen protector on a smartphone... nope, took out the screen protector, carefully removed the plastic films... and I get nothing but a transparent plastic with no way to stick to my monitor screen. So I looked up adhesive tapes for this, cost another $10 here in Amazon, and stuck this screen protector to my monitor... and it has bulges in spots and would not stay firmly attached to the screen. I now have a screen-protected monitor with blurry areas because the protector would not stick!

Didn't come with anything to attach onto my screen, I tried tape but found it too reflective to use during the day.
