Mine did come with about 100ml of liquid. There are a few sellers of this item. I just sent messages asking them if it included the liquid and ordered from a seller who responded with yes to my message. It worked really well. The included sandpapers were a little course compared to 3M versions of the same grits so I mixed some of them in. I did it by hand. If I had it to do over again, I'd trust the vapor more and use an electric sander w/ 320, then 400 and 600 by hand, and try the vapor on that. If not, 800 grit 3M equivalent would have it ready for the vapor I think. The vapor could have been a little stronger. Maybe doing it outside on a 70 degree day wasn't good. I didn't know what the liquid was so I wanted good ventilation. It took some redoing certain bits but I think the result is great. Working pretty slowly and going over those large lenses twice, I had about 1/3 to 1/2 of the liquid left over. Not sure I want to put a clear coat/UV protector over it for fear of loosing that nice finish. But, left alone I expect it might fade a little more quickly.

I was looking at other reviews that said that cup didn't get hot enough for it to form vapor. I was looking for vapor and didn't see any, but once I put it to the lens, the fog just melted away. I never used the sandpaper. I love this product, a Great Buy!

I liked the product and have almost no complains about the items that come with it but the cup didn't worked, it didn't heat. I tested in different connectors and even direct to an automotive battery and external power sources but nothin happen. I had to heat it with a hot air gun.
