We thought we had a bad motor because it would only make it slide forward. But you need to make it go all the way forward, let it tilt up and hold the button for 20 seconds then hit the other button and let it go all the way back. This will complete the calibration process. Wish it came with instructions in how to calibrate! Would have avoided alot of frustration.

Purchased this a year ago and had to return it because motor wasn’t going in reverse. Might be a good motor but I got a bad one

If I could give this a zero I would! Paid for it, mechanic put it in, and it only works one way! Can't get refunded either!
