If you're expecting to hit the ball and have it bounce back at you at a comfortable angle this might not be for you.However, I use it to train (solo) exclusively my forehand shots one at a time, and for this it's just perfect. It's helped me drastically improve my forehand spin and swing.After almost 2 weeks of daily use, the ball looks abit messy and seems to have less pressure. I'll buy two spares, which come with new cords and are dirt cheap.

I really like this product because it gets me outside to practice anywhere the only thing is I can’t seem to get more then two hits before it’s two low for me to bounce it back. Other wise works as intended

With only minimal use, within 2 weeks the string attached to the tennis ball end came apart.

Helped me get better, helps with your reaction time if you hit it hard it’s gonna come back fast so you have to react quick which is good for beginners
