Had to heat the plastic lever a bit, and then manually bend it so that it wouldn't pull against the flush valve.

None of stores in my community had this. It’s only lever that fits in my old toilet tank. I can see eventually plastic might crack again, but I live on own so not concerned. At least I avoided having to buy a whole other toilet which was told would have been only other option

Spent an entire Saturday running around town from retailer to retailer including Canadian Tire, Lowes and Home Depot trying to find a replacement tank lever. Came home with levers that won't work and ultimately wasted my time and money. With old lever in hand went to a local expert plumbing supply house and purchased another lever that I was assured would work and was the only kind of replacement lever available. Again didn't work ???. Did my own research on line and found this one on amazon. Absolutely Identical to the original other than the colour . Perfect fit. No adjustment/adjusting. Installed seamlessly and closed up and toilet operational in under a minute. Thank you amazon and plumb pak for still having this available. Without I am changing the entire toilet.

My handle broke after 20 years on a Mansfield #35.I knew I probably wouldn’t find an exact replacement locally, and didn’t want to take a chance just guessing with any replacement.Just took a few minutes to replace. Seemed to do the trick. It appears to be exactly the same as the original.Hopefully I’ll get 20 years out of this one. 😀🚽

Have to watch out for a hanging flush valve (or whatever its called) or you've got yourself a run-on toilet wasting lots of water.

Fits great for my Mansfield toilet tank. Easy to install and durable. This is the 2nd one I have bought, because the first has never giving me any issues after installation in my other bathroom. Also love that the handle is thick, it works great for my toddler.

This is great after market, works perfect. The seals go bad that ends of breaking the the handles. I'm a licensed plumber in the Des Moines Iowa area

I may have ordered for the wrong tank. Nothing wrong with the lever. I had to shorten and bend the arm to align with the flush valve. A little heat from a heat gun did the trick on the bend. Other than that a relatively easy replacement. Kids broke the original.

Haddle lever length too long and does not sit in middle of flapper and will leave it open causing water to run constantly and it has to manually push the flush lever up to stop wasting water , very disappointed
