Will it slide, yes but only if you slam on the brakes or accelerate too quickly. It does include little rubber dots that help hold it in placeThe dash cover fit well and match my all black motif. Be careful not to put your phone toll transponders on the top of it as that will most likely slide right off onto the floor. I don’t know if it truly make the interior cooler in the summer but it’s a nice look and helps protect the OEM plastic dash from the harsh sun and UV rays.

This dash cover was an easy install. It fits well on the dash. It does slide around just a bit but not as much as other dash covers I have used.
