So I'm not exactly sure whether the product listing description at the time of this review is for this exact product because I'm not seeing some of the features described. There is no manual with the unit and even the box makes no mention of any special features with this shuffler -- only that it can shuffle two decks.The product description reads "2025 New Dual-Deck Automatic Shuffling: Effortlessly shuffle 2 standard decks (104 cards) in 30 seconds with auto-reversing technology for casino-grade randomness every time."I sorted a deck of cards just so I could more easily see what the shuffle looked like afterwards. So I had a deck of cards sorted by suit and 2 through A (2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-J-K-Q-A) -- half the deck on one side and half on the other. Effectively two suits on one side and two suits on the other.When the first shuffle was done, I saw that most of the deck was now in pairs -- 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, ,6 etc. It looked like it was perfectly matching one card from the left with one card from the right. This continued until perhaps the last 10 cards where it looked like it grabbed a few more cards from each side when alternating. I'm not exactly sure where the auto-reversing and "casino grade" shuffling came into play because there was very little randomness to it.I also noticed that because I used only one deck, the shuffler kept continuing to shuffle even though there were no cards remaining. I suppose it shuffles long enough to get through two decks regardless of how many cards are present. You can press the button again to stop the shufffle early though.What's strange is that when I first used the shuffler it just zipped through all the cards in one steady shuffle. Later, while trying to look for the "deal" function, I held the button down instead of just pressing it. Ever since then it now shuffles in bursts of about 10 cards -- but quickly. I haven't been able to get it to do the steady shuffle again even after holding the button or quick-pressing the button again. Even removing power hasn't restored the behaviour.That brings me to the other feature I couldn't find as written in the product description: "Auto-Dealer Mode for Fast Play: Press dealer button to dispense 1-10 cards per player sequentially, eliminating manual dealing delays".There is a single yellow button on this unit that reads "PRESS". Pressing that button starts the shuffle. It doesn't seem to act any differently whether I short press or long press that button. I see no other buttons on the unit anywhere. So I have no idea how you're supposed to activate this auto-dealer mode... unless they are actually suggesting you press the button to start the deal and press it again to stop it when you have enough cards. As I mentioned earlier, it started dealing in bursts of 10 cards and if you're quick enough you COULD manually stop the shuffle between those bursts to receive only 10 cards.Initially I was happy to see that this shuffler did not follow the exact same design as so many other shufflers I've tried. However, this one doesn't seem to do anything the others couldn't do even though the product listing makes a few (as far as I'm concerned) unsubstantiated claims.So if you're looking for a basic shuffler that can mix your cards quickly, even if it requires multiple passes for a ok shuffle, then this unit does the trick. I would not get this shuffler if you're looking for something even remotely "casino grade" or one that will deal for you.One thing I am happy to see is that while this unit also supports USB-C, it's battery option is AA and not the dated C-type batteries that so many other shufflers use.
