Works so much better at collecting wax than paper towel. Also the width is nice as my travel version so I can wax on the rode. Worth getting is doing home board waxing at any regular amount.

Da das Toko Base-Tex derzeit schwer zu bekommen ist, habe ich als Ersatz das Swix Fiberlene bestellt.Ich verwende das Textil zum gleichmäßigen dünnen ausbügeln beim Belag wachsen.Das Tuch erzeugt einen gleichmäßigen Wachsfilm, wodurch das Abziehen erleichtert wird. Überschüssiges Wachs sollte aufgesaugt werden - und da ist das Fiberlene gegenüber dem Toko Base-Tex im Nachteil. Die Saugfähigkeit und Reissfähigkeit ist nicht so gut wie beim Toko.Wenn man damit umzugehen weiß, erfüllt es auch seinen Zweck, aber für mich ist es nicht erste Wahl.

Spettacolare, la uso sotto al ferro per passare la sciolina e assorbe la sciolina in eccesso. Questo permette di grattare molta meno sciolina del solito, quindi oltre a metterci meno tempo si abbassa il rischio di graffiare la tavola con il raschietto

The fiberlene towels have saved me the pain in the neck of heavy scraping, and the resultant debris field around my waxing vises in the house. I don't crayon, even with this, I just run my regular HC wax on the iron, a dab on the iron, and then onto the skis evenly. Once it's cool, I fiberlene iron it off, easier when the skis have a very flat shape, but only a little more work with concavity in the bases. After the ski has cooled again, I brush until they're slick. The fiberlene can also subsitute for hot scraping, as it brings the dirt to the surface. You can live without it, but why would you? :)

If your are doing any type of ski/snowboard waxing this is an essential clean-up cloth. The 20m size will last me a few seasons of waxing my board and planks.
