I have searched long and hard and have tried many bike lights, this is the one. Solid metal construction, long life battery, waterproof and most importantly the support bracket is sturdy, a common flaw with other manufacturers; they build a good flashlight but include a crappy support for it. Type C charging will convince you that this design is recent, i own a pd25R fenix light that i was holding on a Olight rubber support but the fenix light didnt have enough power for sustained strobe flashing , i usually could not get more that 45 minutes ( albeit it was flashing like crazy at 800 lumens, no one would miss seeing me) this flashlight will strobe at 600 lumens, which is still fairly high but it will last the whole day. I (highly) recommend.

I had this set for 5 months using it about 4 times a week. The back light is good. I like the size.As for the front light it worked well the first 5 months and then started flickering when I hit small bumps. Normally I would give this a 1 star, but Fenix has sent me a replacement. Hopefully that unit will not suck it in 5 months. If it is long term reliable I will bump up my rating.

The front light is super bright and has a replaceable (and rechargeable) battery. The rear light has an easy mounting system -- the only thing I wish it did is remember the last mode it was on; you have to set the mode every time you turn it on again, which is a bit annoying if you have one specific mode you prefer. USB-C charging is great since you only need one cable/charger for everything you own.

So far it works as expected, at least in a warm weather. Easy to install and take of a bicycle.Like an option to to check battery life with a button click.
