The bands that go around the legs are way to big. Wouldn't order again. Not worth the money

I wouldnt exactly use these for working out.Pouch is great, but the straps are just too loose.Great for bed, your partner will probably find them Sexy.Most likely, okay for every day general wear... May need adjustments.
