Replaced a broken L1 button using this kit and swapped out the triggers and DPad while I was in there. Really high quality materials, fit perfectly. Installation is on the harder side, so some electronics repair experience is suggested, not the easiest project. But the fact that the kit comes with basically an entire set of replacement hardware (screws, springs, etc.) Is crazy. Really good value for the money!

Don't forget to press out all the air bubbles in the touchpad. Mine ended up having a lot of air in it. I still like

I have been using eXtremeRate buttons and cases for years on many of my modified controllers (Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and Switch) so i figured I would try a set of thier buttons out on my SteamDeck and as usual they are great.I only installed the D-Pad, ABXY, R1/R2, L1/L2 but I do like the look and feel of them so far. I recieved the clear buttons and I like to overall look of them.I did not install the track pad caps as once you install them on the sensor they basically just turn black again because of the adhesive so I did not use them.Overall these buttons are a cool upgrade to the standard buttons, they come in multiple colors and they feel like a premium product so I highly recommend then if your looking to customize your SteamDeck!

My package came with two sets of right rear buttons and no left. Leaving me with an incomplete set with an extra right. Everything else fit wonderfully.

Back buttons came warped from the package. Also seem to be missing a few of the buttons such as power and volume.

I got a atomic purple case and wanted to get a different colour for the physical buttons. These are the same that are contained in the whole shell replacement kit, so the fit is perfect.I recommend watching youtube tutorial to install these, some parts do not require removal.The buttons are excellent quality, though they are blank and unmarked for the marked items (Steam, settings , menu and window buttons). The trigger and XYAB buttons are all labeled by the physical buttons moulding.Overall, the set is as expected. No complaints, other than the extremely time heavy process.

Great price to personalise the deck very nice buttons. It was a lot of work to do but worth it in the end.Maybe consider doing hall effect sticks and ssd upgrade since you really do get stuck in there to swop these buttons in.Was a lot of fun to do and very happy with the outcome. Didn't get any tweezers in my pack but had some lying around.Video they give you a link for worked great. Did this button mod on my LCD deck. Left the track pads as I didn't like the look of them seem to garish and the back panel buttons I also had to leave since I believe they are affixed to the original case.

Overall pretty good, you definitely get what you paid for, they are quality.My only gripe was the embossing is a bit shallow.So, if you intend to mod them like i did (by using acrylic paint to fill in the embossing and make the button more readable)Probably just get the solid ones
