They're ok for the price. The dividers are a little loose on some of the sections, so they're not as great at storing little things like sinkers, hooks, etc but they work fine for lures and such. The fixed sections are horizontal instead of vertical like other boxes. Ordered blue and got orange.

First off... Love the color! The green/black swirls look great. Size is spot on with my needs for 3600 sized trays (I purchased 7)The bad...1- There are 3 different sizes of tray deviders in each tray.2- None of the deviders stay in there slots. Reach in to get a lure or hook and a devider is coming along for the ride.3- The tray lid snaps are my least favorite type, they "hang" on the top lid to snap closed to the bottom. When closed, they hold but when the lid is open a they get knocked off the top lid easily (gust of wind, drop from a rock or trunk).Will not be purchasing again or recommending these trays.
