Très bon produit, facile à installer et à utiliser. J’ai acheté 4 caméras, la batterie de l’une d’entre elle à commencé à ne plus tenir sa charge après 7 mois. Après avoir signalé le problème au vendeur, il me l’on remplacé sur le champs. Vraiment un excellent service après vente. La communication à été facile et il on fait un suivi à chaque étape. Je les recommandes à 100%

I am very happy with my purchase. It didn’t cost me a small fortune. It was easy to install and set up. I have 3 such devices installed and can monitor all 3 cameras on my I-phone 11 & so can the missus. We get alerts when these devices are triggered by odd balls attempting to sell attic insulation, and when the neighbours cat pisses at the end of our driveway.

Batteries drain faster than expected. They dont' trigger on and off good enough. Not user friendly as much as they could be.

Good camera. Sometimes misses detections though. Best is wired in my opinion. Get a solar panel and plug in and never have to charge

Cannot say how much I love these cameras. Have had them going in two years and zero problems. Battery life is around four to five months plus with minimal activated cameras and probably two to three months for cameras that activate a lot. Charging is easy and takes a couple hours. The APP works flawlessly. They are easy to set up and customer service was great also when they are needed. At least the one time in two years I needed them they were great. You do have to get your “sweet spot” in the frame for activation but take your time.

Purchased “renewed” 6 months ago and all worked fine while connected to Eufy Solar Panel. Suddenly battery drains from 90% to 28% in one night. Turned off camera for 2 days and it continued to charge, but while camera was off, the battery still discharged. Camera is no longer usable and only warrantied for 3 months. My other Eufycams purchased brand new 2 years ago still work well.Update: Camera was removed from Eufy solar charger and restored to factory defaults. Then recharged battery with cord/power adapter to 100% and re-added to Eufy Security App. All is working again and the battery kept its charge overnight.
