Product was exactly as described and worked as expected, good quality product, exactly what I needed.Maybe this isn't fair to the supplier, but only 4 stars due to shipping. The product did arrived on the estimated day, however, I received an email at 10:52 am stating that my package was "scheduled to be delivered in the next 3 hours", so by 2:00 (1:52pm), so I planned accordingly. Well 1:52pm past with no delivery, so much for the service they told me they were providing. The package arrived at 3:53 pm, 2 hours late. Is this a big deal, no not really, did it cause me grief, again not really. But, I spent 47 years in a very demanding retail setting, providing services to customers, and expecting services from supplies & vendors, the bottom line, do not make statements/promises you cannot keep, if you tell your custom what you are going to do, you had better be able to deliver. Again, not a deal breaker, but an observation from someone who prided himself on making sure that what I had stated I would do, I did.
