This is a great vest! The herringbone fabric is really nice, with an inside polyester sateen lining. I have a 41 inch chest and a 33 inch waist so the “44” size fits PERFECTLY. It has a tightening tab in back to take up the slack. I did have the darndest time cutting open the pockets, it was quite a challenge. All 4 are somewhat shallow, but still nice touches and very well done. I would give it a sixth star for an inside pocket (there is none), but otherwise it’s everything you can hope for in a wool vest.

I bought a blue one in Ireland, passed on the green, and regretted it as soon as I was home. Luckily, I found it here, same brand. Fit and quality is great! Pockets are a bit shallow, it would be nice if they were deeper to hold phones and pens, but not a big deal.

This is a beautiful and well-made vest. I'm very pleased. I'm 5'9, 180 lbs and the medium fit nicely. I had some sizing issues initially, but their customer service was so friendly and cooperative that they definitely made a loyal customer out of me.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for hubby in 2019. It is his favorite piece of clothing. Wish I could buy and surprise him with it again lol.
