I lost my honeybee charm after using it three times. I try not to put pressure on them as I saw that, but after three uses the charm’s is gone. Trying to remove it without the charm was difficult as there’s so little surface to hold and remove it from the phone. I had to use a pair of suture scissors as they are strong enough to remove the nub as anything less would do it or would bend/break before I could get the nub out. Very disappointed esp for the price. That’s about $3 per use!!!

It’s almost impossible to pull it out of your phone without pulling on the bee. But if you pull on the bee it breaks off easily.
