I have a homemade plow and one of the shoes broke off. Normally I would just weld it back on but its lost in the snow and wont be found until spring now. This was a great replacement to get me through the rest of the winter until I can find the rest of the shoe that broke off.

In case anyone is wondering, these do fit Cub Cadet/IH 42" plow.However, as a few others have noted, the didn't last very long. Probably plowed the driveway with them about 6-8 times over two years and the shoe just rusted out and broke off the bolt. I question the hardness & quality of the metal they used, especially for something that is expected to be dragged across pavement in normal use. They cost about half as much as the OEM parts, so I guess you get what you pay for. Will probably look elsewhere for my next ones.

I live in a cul-de-sac with blacktop. The fairly rough surface grind these off about every year to two years, depending on how many times you use it. Easy to install are used washers to stiffen up the bolt when it was extended out.Would definitely buy again and plan on replacing every two years.
