Perfect replacement if your not looking to pay OEM pricing. Coming from a parts persons perspective here the OEM Mopar replacements will run you triple this cost. These are an absolutely perfect replacement for way cheaper. Only thing is the fitment around the trim wasn't perfect hense 1 less star but non the less these are fantastic

These look good & seem to work well. I have not driven at highway speeds since installing, but they seem sturdy.The reflective surface is not glass. It appears to be a (flexible) highly polished plastic. Too soon to tell if it will scratch easily.Watching multiple you tube videos prior helped speed the installation. Get a helper! Installation would have taken 1/2 as long with another hand.Hint- do not tighten the bolts all the way into the mirror housing until you have them on the door and the nuts started. Then, using a 4mm socket, finish tightening the bolts into the mirror housing before tightening the nuts. Otherwise there is not enough bolt for the nut to get a purchase on the threads.

i actually put these on a 1998 318 dodge dakota, my stock mirrors were awful so i decided to throw these on (at first as a joke) but i actually really like them. i have to bevel out the stock mounting a holes a little but it was an easy instalation.
