What Does 4000K Look Like?
4000K is an often overlooked color temperature, as it falls right in between "warm white" (2700K/3000K) and "daylight white" (5000K/6500K) color options.
As one would expect, is most definitely on the "cool" side when compared to typical warm white lighting options, but is also on the "warm" side when compared to daylight color temperatures. It is also the color temperature of direct sunlight during the morning or afternoon hours.

We have the bowl shaped shades on our ceiling fans. The shades are white glass, but still did not provide the light I want when cleaning the space. These clear bulbs had the suggested max wattage I could use, and were the largest physical size that would fit, provided the preferred Kelvin color I could find, a the most lumens for that wattage bulb. The looks brighter.

These LED bulbs are super bright and well worth the money! With their white outter casing I wasnt sure if the light would be able to shine thru! But they shine strong and bright. It is hard to believe that tiny LED lights can produce such clarity and brightness. I love it!! Great value for your money. I would highly recommend their products!!
