It is better to buy an umbrella base weight stand of the same brand as the umbrella, so that it can be matched. It not only looks beautiful but also more stable. The old base stand used to shake the umbrella when it was windy. In the end, I bought this one. It’s very convenient to add water. It is great and I like it very much.

Functional base weight stand. Easy to add water or sand. The parasol's cross-shaped base doesn't come with holes to insert the little rods so the base weight stand doesn't slip.Parasol has already been overturned by a very light wind. Caution: supervision required.

The quality is very good, very thick, and it is very heavy when filled with water. My umbrella is a fishing type, and I estimate that it will not be blown down unless there is a hurricane. It is worth recommending.

Easy to install. Filled with water. Set at base of umbrella. We added extra weight on top as we found that with big wind, it would still start to lean. Make sure umbrella is closed before you start the install package as umbrellas can be very tippy.

It does it’s job BUT; there is hooks to hook them together and that didn’t work it was two big.

Had to use water instead of sand as we would have liked. The funnel provided went into the garbage.The umbrella is great.
