Am using these to hold the battery in place on a large and (very) old generator. Worked perfectly.Only issues was that the package had let the washers and nuts slide out, but they were still in the padded shipping envelope so not a problem.

Good solid battery hold down. I had the top clamp part but needed some low profile hold downs to fit between the slim space between the battery and the built in battery tray slots. Can't speak for compatibility with other models/years, but I purchased them for a 1979 F150.

False product description. This is only 8.5 inches, not 9 inch as advertized. Otherwise it is sturdy and good quality

I did have to slightly enlarge my custom battery hold-down strap, but these will work just fine
