Sounded like an awesome idea and product, but in my new kitchen island, the electricians couldn't and wouldn't install it. They said it isn't up to code, to have the outlet inside an enclosed area. I might have wasted my money, unless there is another way to use it.

Customer loved this in their new custom kitchen. It was fairly easy to install. Wish it wasnt so expensive for what it is.

We love this product. Would’ve preferred the price was more reasonable, felt if was expensive. However we recently knocked down a wall and didn’t want exposed outlet. It was a little tricky to get it installed, we had a professional install it due to the fact that you have to leave room for the cords inside the cabinet. Love the convenience, use it all the time (the plug insert is a little tight, but it works).
