We purchased as a gift for great grandparents who do not do much with technology. It was a super easy set up, easy to use and it’s been such a gift to be able to send them photos as things happen. The picture quality was great. Only issue was the corners of the frame were a little seperated, but was able to be sort of pushed back together.

Really nice and big, the app works well and is really easy to send pictures and videos. We have turned down the videos a hundred times and everytime they recycle through they are loud again which is annoying but otherwise fantastic

I got this for my Dad with dementia for Christmas. The frame keeps freezing on a single photo. We have followed all of the recommendations in the manual but every time I go to his house it is once again frozen. The only thing that fixes it is to unplug and replug in to reset the frame but this only fixes it for a short amount of time.Very disappointed.

I bought one and set it up as a surprise gift for my sister. I thought it was very user friendly and seems to be made well. I liked it so much I bought myself one! Enjoyed adding people to submit photos to the frames, so they can surprise me with new photos when they wish. Great product so far!

Bought 2 frames- 1 for parents and 1 for me. Nice, large and easy to use, even for 80+ year olds. Parents love getting short videos and pics that just pop up on their frame. My frame had a display issue after some time, and they offered a replacement, but a smaller size as they do not make 15" any longer. I really wanted a 15" so they allowed me to send it back for a full refund. Fun, easy to use product and good customer service!

She loves it we can all link to it and as long as she had it hooked to the wifi us kids can send pic straight to it from any where the only thing I don't like it has to be plugged into the wall to be on. You can just charge it.
