These PWM controllers are great for small motor control. Provided you're keeping the load and supply voltage within the lower end of the rated limits, it runs just fine. I haven't pushed it to the advertised limits and don't plan on doing so.For the price, I'd recommend these for low power use cases.

DEVMO 5PCS DC 5V-36V 15A(Max 30A) 400W Dual High-Power MOSFET.The board has two parallel AOD4184 N-channel MOSFETs on a PCB.Note that the Vin- is connected to the ground.The words "enhance cooling conditions, the maximum current up to 30A; power: 400W." in the description actually mean if YOU add extra cooling, the maximum current will be increased - not that the board has enhanced cooling. As it is the board only has the PCB pad for heat sinking. It is not clear how one would add more heat sinking area in this configuration.I would expect this to run extremely hot anywhere near the maximums shown.It is a useful board if you understand its limitations, but I would not run it anywhere near the full power specified. I am not sure the connectors are up to 15-30A either.Soldering and quality are OK.
