TLDR: works well for new cubers/people who want a novelty in their collection not for speed cubing. Found this at a second hand store (coincidentally in pieces) put it together and it worked amazing! It feels great to turn high quality to hold and spins for a solid 2-3 minutes (without lube). Now for cautions when turning it sometimes jams, and while half turned the pieces feel a bit like they’ll fall out, however if you properly align all the turns and take your time it works perfectly.

A boy was using it and it broke into little pieces, cannot put it back together like a normal Rubik’s cube. It is now useless

It's a Christmas gift for my kid so I haven't opened it. It looks kinda cheap? Not sure but the box is 100% in Chinese. I'll update later if it's junk.

I had fun playing with this puzzle, and I recommend it or the other versions.I never owned a fidget spinner back when they were a fad, but I certainly saw them EVERYWHERE, especially as impulse buys, and I played around with a few while waiting in lines or whatever. I find that the spinning action on this one is adequate. It doesn't feel like a center piece is turning tightly inside a shaft, like an axle, but neither does it feel like a round piece snugly held and actuated on ball bearings. There is a bit of vibration depending on how the puzzle is held while spinning. It's very easy to spin it, and then make it come to a complete stop by rolling my hand over; this is friction and gravity acting as a brake against the spin and centrifugal force. That said, I can get it to spin nicely enough, so it's fine for me; but I could imagine a spinner enthusiast not liking that slight looseness very much.I was trying to get the hang of how certain algorithms might change the arrangement of the pieces, when I lost track and ended up scrambling the puzzle. After a couple of hours of trying to use all the tricks I knew to solve it again, I broke down and looked for a solution. The only thing I found for this exact version of the spinner puzzle was a product demo in Spanish. I used YouTube's translation system to get English subtitles going.THAT is when I found out that this is what they call a "floppy" puzzle. Basically, I can rotate a 3-piece side 90 degrees, then rotate either of the adjacent sides (these will show only 2 pieces) 90 degrees as well! As it turned out, I only had two center pieces flipped--I managed to place and orient all the others, mainly by luck--so for each of the remaining center pieces, I simply flipped the 3-piece sides on either side of the piece, then very carefully rotated the piece 180 degrees, without forcing it. TA-DAAAH! Solved! 😂 I used this same technique to make it into something akin to a checkerboard pattern, then came to type up this review.As for the quality of this puzzle, I can say that it is very well made, having survived the twisting moves I just described, as well as one or two falls to the floor. The pieces are stickerless, which is the way to go, if you ask me. It's a nice addition to my puzzle collection, and it's durable enough that I don't have to worry about anyone breaking it too soon if they pick it up to mess with it.

This item is put together well. I've had one for 2 weeks and no signs of breaking. I liked the product so much I bought a second one. When my kids saw it, they each wanted one. So I had to order a 3rd and 4th spinner. We are all happy with them.

The ball bearings are not high-quality. Right out of the box it sticks a bit and doesn't spin anywhere near as well as the much cheaper fidget spinner I got at Walmart. It has some little plastic bits between the outside pieces and the center that are not attached to anything, and can easily come out and get lost. I had one pop out within 10 minutes of opening, and after 2 weeks one is lost. It still works without it though. It's still a fun little toy and a great idea, and I don't regret it at all for the price, but it's definitely not as high quality as other Cuberspeed brand cubes I've bought.
