Awesome product!!! Can be cut to length, clearly labeled cut points and +- for resoldering any gauge wire. Review shows remote but mine did not have an option for one! I used this to build my own glo jig ice cup For charging my ice jugs for ice fishing.

I cut several sections of this strip and connected them to a reliable 12v power supply. The light was excellent for a few days of use for a few hours per day. Several of the LEDs began been turning yellow-ish off white by day 4. After about 2 weeks, more than 2/3 of the LEDs have changed color.Unfortunately they will all have to be replaced.

Put these in my truck bed. Was actually going to install regular LEDs also for actual light, but these are actually bright enough to consider using them alone. The bad is the adhesion tape. I washed down my bed walls with alcohol. When I peeled off the paper backing and tried to stick them to the bed they wouldn’t stick at all. Turns out the tape came off with the backing. The tape strip was so thin you couldn’t tell the tape strip from the backing and it peeled right off the LED strip so it’s not like the backing seemed hard to remove. When I was able to separate the tape from the backing and mounted the LEDs they did stick in the bed. But when I checked on them the next day the LED strips were not stuck to the bed. Will need to get some of the super bond sticky tape for them. FYI the bad is smooth factory paint not a bed liner. These have no prayer in the world of sticking to a rougher surface.

I purchase this for an outside project and while it looked good when installed, over several days the color turned from UV to more of an orange, close inspection lead me to believe that the IP65 coting was actually turning a burnt brown color at each LED.I ran a test with a short (single 3 LED segment) strip which demonstrated the same issue, I have attached some photo's of the test, in hopes that the manufacturer can address the issue for other potential customers.Images show 1). New strip, 2). UV color at start of test, 3). Orange color after 48Hrs of being powered on, 4). Burnt section over each LED.
