After not getting my first order from September as it got lost I received my replacement within a week of contacting the supplier. I am quite happy with the product and is of good quality. Happy with it.

Great price for a good product. The chalk holds well, but is a bit hard to push out as you write on the board... I don't think it's the way the product is made, but it may be because it's metal and not plastic. Would buy it again, though.

It holds the piece of chalk that came with it, but it doesn't open wide enough to fit Hagoromo brand chalk. I've read other reviews that say it doesn't hold Crayola as well.

I bought this item because I am a teacher and the moment I needed to push up my chalk, it would not hold because the fit was too loose. Poor quality. I had to g buy another one at Staples.

Holder works as designed,!!BUT!!!! Seller has inferred a stick of chalk???? The stick of chalk is ( 1”) long !! Recommend just buying from other seller’s and buy stick chalk from another. That’s my two cents worth

As a student teacher you are told that you will never see a "chalk board" again. Everything is dry erase and smart boards...My second student teaching placement I had a chalk board and this really saved me. I wasn't gross by the end of the day, and when it was 95 degrees in my classroom, the sweat chalk mixture never happened. I highly recommend this to anyone who deals with chalk boards :)

Product is fine, except for a little blemish on piston's white plastic, just out of the packing.Clip was the important thing to choose this over others, but inside edges of clip are rather sharp - scratch the card-board/file-cover/pocket fabric.Big down side is 10mm chalk slips out and becomes loose. Finding 12mm may be an answer, but chalks are hardly manufactured to that precision, and may erode a little with use.

Love this chalk holder, but the brand of chalks I have do not fit. My chalk pieces are too thin and are not gripped securely. It comes with one piece of chalk, which will last me quite some time. I’m assuming there are other brands of chalk out there that are the same and I’ll deal with it at that time.
