Sturdy, solid, exactly as advertised and mercifully not heavy until you fill it with water or sand (or both, if you want the solidest structure and don't plan on ever emptying it out.)

Je l'utilise pour tout type de coup, pieds ou poing. Une fois rempli de sable, c'est encore un peu trop mobile. J'ai dû ajouter des blocs pour l'empêcher de bouger.Pour le reste, ça semble très durable.

Was delivered much faster than expected.Really great bag to hit with some decent gloves.You need to fill the base up with sand not water to stop it topping over. I have 100kg of sand in the base and the bag moves around but always stays upright despite how hard I smash it.I went to Wickes and got 5 bags of normal sand and a funnel.It took 75 minutes to get this sand into the base because the Sand I purchased was damp. Don’t be a tight arse and buy kiln dried sand and then you can pour the sand into the base directly in minutes. 😎👍

I have had this for about a year and a half now. Boxing and 10 years of Martial Arts experience I am 5'11" 160lbPros:It is a great size and handles both boxing and Hapkido drill well.Perfect for movement drill as you work around the whole bagWith rubber mats it's is fairly quietAdjustible hieghtDurable- Still looks new (it has taken my skin a few times but I've never managed to damage it)ConMoves across the floor(sand and rubber Matt's help)It is heavy to move (but that also depends how much sand you put in it)- HONESTLY I hardly considerer these negatives (enjoy the bag)I have a heavy bag at my parents that I couldn't bring to my apartment so this has been a great substitute. In some ways I actually like this one better"mostly for movement drills"

This works. Seems to take a good beating. We've got three strong people hitting this thing almost everyday and it looks like new.It will move if you only put water in it. Most people who are looking for it to remain somewhat in place fill it with sand and water. That's going to weigh this down best. You should also place it on a surface that will slow its slide. I haven't tried this as yet but I'm considering placing strong Velcro to the bottom and then securing it to a piece of wood.It's worth the money. What I appreciate most is that I don't have to secure this to the house and listen to it shaking everything.

I wish the Wavemaster XXL was a little less pricey so I could get that instead, but this one is pretty solid. I filled the base with water, as it is not in its final location, and with it filled it does move a bit, but I am okay with that. Because the base moves, it keeps you more on your toes, and I use that movement to keep me circling the bag and trying to always hit it back into place. I like this bag quite a bit, but wish it was the XXL for low kicks, but it is a solid second place.

It came on time in good condition which was great! I just filled it up today with two 50lb sand bags. I plan to add a third soon, but two still works pretty well. It doesn't move around as much as it just tips back a bit when I kick or punch hard. It's actually pretty satisfying. Perfect for kickboxing training!
