The product stinks! I you like stong plastic smell, go ahead.The product is badly formed! I am not able to install it on my cello. Pins are to narrow and the global curve is to prononced, does not fit with the bridge width.

Il est difficile à installer car les pattes ne sont pas alignées. Elles se touchent au centre au lieu d’être droites. Le caoutchouc est reluisant et semble de moindre qualité qu’un autre silencieux que j’ai acheté en magasin. Mais une fois installé, avec un peu de patience usée, il remplit sa fonction.

Don’t buy this mute for cello. It’s made of very hard rubber, Inflexible and extremely hard to put on the bridge. It’s a very poor fit as well and doesn’t mute all the strings. Disappointing.

This 'silencer' doesnt reduce the sound level. It lowers the tone a bit but nothing else
