Good sturdy shelf. Works great to hold my cable modem and router. Ventilation slots turned out to be well placed for zip tieing both to the shelf so they would stay in place.Edit: When I bought this in October 2018 it was $28. A little steep for a folded piece of metal but attaching "rackmount" to the name of anything seems to add a noticeable premium. It's now January 2019 and the price is now just under $49. At that price , regardless of the quality, I strongly suggest you look for something else.

This is actually the 2nd shelf i bought for my lil 1/4 rack shelf at home. Much better then using my old cisco 1811 as a rack ;) quickly shipped, promptly arrived, in great condition, easy to install.

These two server rack shelves worked for my application. I am not using them for servers. Rather, as shelves under my one computer desk. Room was limited and the dimensional configuration was perfect for my requirements

Good solid shelf with venting. Small enough to fit in my small wall mounted equipment cabinet. I zip tied all equipment I have that couldn't be properly mounted to the shelf through the vent holes. I wish there was a model this size that could also slide out, but I had trouble finding one.

Heavy duty design with an attractive look. Able to hold my work and personal MacBook Pro M2. Bought 3 of them and will definitely buy more if needed. With the devices slid up in each one, I no longer have clutter on my workspace and don’t have to worry about heating issues anymore on my wood desk.

The product is defective. I can’t even get the last screw in. The base plate is too short therefore the ears to secure is slanted.
