Purchased the BrosTrend AX1500 to extend the reach of my local network. Packaging was well done and the unit itself looks pretty nice. Followed the instructions and the unit connected easily and successfully to my home network. The unit creates another network name which creates a bit of a connection issue with a SONOS speaker but otherwise is doing its job. I have used BrosTrend products before and both the products and support are really good.

Receive unit as indicated. Unit is easy to install and configure but that was about it.I saw no increase in range whatsoever. All it provided was another option to connect devices too.

It was slow to contact, but once it did, it was working fine. The paperwork didn't quite match with the setup. Once it linked, it ended up using my same password for the extender for both the speedier and regular connections. I didn't have to do a sign-in to set a new password.

These products are well built and work well. I have purchased both the older version AX1200 and the new AX1500. Build quality is excellent, they are super easy to setup.I have used them as both a Wi-fi extender and as a ethernet to wifi converter.I had to contact tech support regarding an issue I had, and they were super responsive and resolved my issue very quickly.Performance on these units is also very good.For the money they offer very good value.
