I have had a B&D corded drill for some dozen years or more, and still fully functioning . The is one of B&D's newest tools, that takes advantage of the latest technology. For even fairly unskilled users, it almost feels as of this tool is doing the work for you. It "learns" the depth to flush or countersink tools, thanks to its AI.Once you do the initial charge of the 20V lithium battery, it can be safely left attached to the tool without fear of any power drainage. The light indicators atop the tool, the LED front light to illuminate your work, make this a joy to use. Even with the battery attached, the tool has a nice "heft", but is neither unwieldy nor too heavy to hinder easy manipulation when doing more "delicate work". The forward / reverse button is conveniently located near to the trigger and within easy reach. When it is placed in "neutral" this serves to both turn off the machine, and lock the trigger. It also comes with a double-headed screwdriver attachment so you can almost 'work straight from the box".For charging, or attaching the battery everything just clicks into place. Removal of the latter is done via the large orange latch at front.I highly recommend this as an excellent purchase, quite fairly priced, and of excellent workmanship!

Great features - the light is great + the top indicators are very useful - battery charge indicator is very helpful. And the feature stopping the screw flush with the surface is a bit of a gimmick but actually seems to work quite well. Could prove useful.Very easy to use too as it's quite small and light.Seems quite powerful, certainly no problems at all doing the DIY around the house so far.Battery charges very quickly too.Becoming quite a fan of this one - recommended.

I have had the drill for 3 months now and am very pleased with it. It is the best cordless drill I have owned. It is powerful enough to tackle most tasks without having to go to my electric corded drill.I like that the battery holds its charge and is always ready to use. without needing to be constantly plugged into the chargerSome tools are a pleasure to use. This one of them..

I usually like B & D tools but this deserves a pass. Feels cheap and fragile. The forward/reserve mechanism would not work. I returned it and would not purchase again.

Good drill, I was expecting for the price a lousy battery and minimal power. I was surprised how long it could go for and how long it can hold a charge for. It is so good I feel a little guilty for paying so little. If you need something for around the home, general repairs this is great. The LED light mounted near the battery is a great idea - helped on many occasions.

This may be one of the best drills that I've ever purchased. It is powerful and I really like the two settings that decipher between using a drill bit and a screw bit. The charging station is small and unobstructive. The drill itself is compact yet far more powerful than what you would expect. The charge lasts for an extra long time, and it is very comfortable to hold. It's light in weight and small enough to store anywhere

No he taladrado aun concreto con el taladro, pero el Sense esta super... no tiene que ajustar nada. Muy buen precio en Home depot o cualquier otra tienda no bajan de $3,000 y no son siquiera de 20 V. Vino cargada, la he usado 3 dias (promedio 30 minutos) y aun me indica mucha carga. El dia de hoy lo use para taladrar y logre hace un hueco en concreto sin problemas, pero la batería se agotó (no la había cargado para nada desde que me llegó). Estoy cargando la batería y continuaré con el segundo orificio que necesito, pero hasta ahorita todo bien, no se atoró por falta de potencia (como me ha pasado con otros inalámbricos), simplemente se detuvo suavemente por no tener carga! No se siente robusto e indestructible como un taladro de cable ordinario, pero tampoco lo sentí débil. Me gusto mucho. Si encuentro algo negativo, utilizaré mi opinión.

I'm not a professional, I just need tools for working around the house, and I really like the idea of cordless products. I wanted to standardize on a battery type so I had just one charger and could interchange batteries between products. After a lot of research, I chose B&D because I've liked their products in the past, the reviews seemed good, the prices are fine, and I don't really need more than this level of product. I'm very happy with the result.I haven't had a problem with battery life so far, and across the multiple products I've purchased, I've gotten 3 batteries in total, so I've always got one available. I did purchase a quick charger, which IMO is an absolute MUST. The included charger is way too wimpy and shouldn't even be considered as a normal means of charge. The quick charger is very fast, and I never need to worry about being out of power when I need it, across all the products I have.This drill has the power I need and includes a lot of extra little features that often come only with more expensive products, such as the LED that lights the work area. It also comes with a screwdriver bit that attaches directly to a clip on the front of the drill, so I always have it when I need it. Nice touch. The weight is fine for my purposes and the batteries are easy to install and remove.Controls are straight forward and cover all the bases. I'm not sure yet about the Autosense technology. My projects have not yet needed the feature, but it looks interesting, at least. The keyless chuck is easy to use and I never have any trouble with slipping. The trigger is sensitive enough that I can control the speed quite well.The drill looks well built and solid. I'm not worried about useful life at all. There is nothing that looks or feels "cheap". It's just a good, solid product for the home handyman. My highest rating for this purpose.

Es un excelente produto, sin problema he perforado madera, metal y concreto, veo muchos comentarios de personas que dicen que no funciona en concreto pero creo que el problema es que no están utilizando la broca adecuada, la bateria dura bastante y es ligero ademas de ser ergonomico.Tengo ya mas de 3 años con esta herramienta y funciona tan bien como el primer dia

Great power, balance, weight, and size. It is about half the size of my Porter-Cable 18V NiMh drill. It even came 3/4 charged and with some use has not budged. Love the power indicator and lighted speed indicator for screws or drilling. The light is on the base and works adequately but the Porter-Cable design is better (under the drill chuck and much brighter). I purchase this drill so I would not have to keep switching from bits for screws to drill bits when needing to make pilot holes. Even though I love my Porter-Cable, because of the size and weight convenience of this drill, it will be my number one drill now. Several years ago, I purchased a 12 volt Black and Decker drill that was quite disappointing. This one seems much better build quality. Time will tell. The Porter-Cable is about 3 years old and still works like new after many projects. Let's see if this new drill can do the same!Update: The power level hasn't budged in 3 months after using this drill several times on light projects (I still haven't charged it beyond the charge it came with.) I'm not loving the self-sensing technology. I like the clutching system of other drills better. Other than that, because it is so light and small, this is my "go to" drill and I love it!!!!Update: Well, after having this drill and using it quite a few times, the power level finally went down to one bar after removing several 3 inch screws and several projects since last posting. This drill amazes me! By far the best drill I have ever owned. I just wish it didn't have the "auto-sensing" feature, which really does not work on my drill. Love the light weight and the smooth action.

Muy buena calidad y potencia gracias a su batería de 20V, recomendado para trabajos en la casa y para profesionales. Llego a tiempo, bien empacado y con todos los accesorios necesarios para su uso. La baterria dura bastante tiempo, yo diria que casi todo el dia de trabajo, claro dependiendo que tan intenso sea el dia. COn las puntas adecuadas sirve de atornillador y destornillador.
