We ordered 2 sets of lights, one for my bike and one for my boyfriends. The package we received had both sets inside the box, one was wrapped in its own box and the other was loosely packed in the large box with other products we purchased. The one that was loosely packed all the parts didn’t work - the one that was in a box worked initially, however the brake light no longer works (only after 2 bike rides). The lights didn’t come with any installation instructions and were a HUGE pain to install without (it took hours to do both - then to find out one didn’t work). This is my biggest regret from Amazon and I use amazon a fair amount. Definitely returning and I would never recommend!

When it arrived, the box was in shambles, but the lights etc. looked undamaged. But there were NO INSTRUCTIONS - not even in Chinese. I double checked with the internet in every possible way, and then began assembling. To begin with, the attachment brackets would not fit my bike frame, but with using some of my own bolts etc. I was able to attach the parts onto the bike. But no matter what the arrangement, or what was done, the lights would not work. This item was a complete waste of time and money.
