My son has been using this mat now for the last 3 plus years. I can honestly say there is NO better system that can teach a player plate awareness and the ability to hit line drives to any part of the field. It’s very simple to use and the video instruction is first class! This system will help any level of player. You’ll find that the player makes consistently better contact regardless of pitch placement. I have gone through the videos many, many times and each time I find something new and valuable. We all know coaches can only spend so much time with each player during practices. This is something you can do at home (15mins a day) that will make an incredible impact. We use wiffle balls. Try it out and follow the videos. It is awesome!

Great product. Have been using this with my son for a few weeks now and definitely seeing constant improvement in his swing and ball contact. Going from tee work using the mat to live pitch BP is a treat to see inside/middle/outside balls hit exactly where they're meant to go! Definitley recommend!

The BBHM made a huge difference in my son’s confidence. Rather than focusing on just trying to hit the ball as hard as he could with look swings and misses, he started focusing on hitting line drives to the profiled where the pitch was pitched. In just one season he’s had way more consistent contact and reduced strike outs massively.

I've had a BBHM for about a year now and it has helped transform my sons swing from a long swing into having a short compact swing. He had a ton of trouble hitting inside pitches and now they are his favorite. He always had success hitting opposite field and now can drive the ball to all fields.
